A new look and a new theme, hope you like it!

Hello everyone,

You’ve probably noticed that things have been pretty quiet here lately. I was posting fast and furious when I first put this blog online and I apologize for the amount of email many of you have received. I had the blog setup to send you an email each time I created a new post. Going forward I’ll change that to once a week and add more posts per email. That way you can still keep up on anything new without getting flooded. Of course you’re always welcome to come by without a formal invite.

The reason for the inactivity?

Well as I’m hoping you’ve noticed, not only have I switched to a new theme (meaning design; still covering the same topics), I also moved my blog to my main domain, GregSwift.com. The old design was a starting place and was left over from an original course I took on blogging. Now that I’m getting a bit more experienced, I decided to step up and customize the look and in the process I hope you find it much easier to read and navigate around.

I literally spent days getting the new theme customized and moved to my root domain. I’m very picky about how things look so even the slightest little error drives me crazy till I fix it. What you see now is a culmination of what I’ve learned from Dave’s Online Videos and also Web20Wealth. Without those two resources, I could have never finished this project. Well at least finished for now ; ) A blog is really a never ending project that you can change at will. That’s just another wonderful trait of Wordpress.

So enjoy the new, larger, easier to read text and I’ll get back to work creating some more content that I hope you’ll like.
