Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my website!

What you’ll find here is a place where the truth is told. The truth about building a home business, the truth about just how hard it really is and finally a way that I’ve found to do it by NOT promoting my primary business opportunity.

It’s my goal to use this website and my 15 years of experience on the internet to show you the way. Through this blog and the many other techniques I’ve learned, I have the ability to reach out to you and the thousands of others looking for a way to start and build a home based business.

I’ll tell you right now I’m NOT talking about getting rich. Most people will never reach a level of making tens of thousands of dollars a month. Those that do are very rare. I’m willing to bet that you would be thrilled to even make a few hundred extra a month. For some that is life changing and is a much more realistic goal than ‘getting rich’. How much money YOU make will depend completely on you, your work ethic and your desire to master new skills and strategies.

The internet landscape is scattered with millions of people who’ve lost money chasing that ‘get rich’ quick opportunity. I hate to break it to you, but it doesn’t exist. Making money online, like making money in the real world, takes work. Thankfully with technology today and companies like Secret Lead Factory, it can be made much easier and there are plenty of top income earners out there willing to help, myself included.

So what qualifies me to tell you this? Why should you trust me? Well take a look around this website and especially the ‘Who is Greg‘ section. You’ll see I’ve paid my dues in this arena and I speak from experience and the heart. My strengths are working with people and teaching them how to use technology. I will help you get started today if you like and I promise I won’t try to recruit you into my business opportunity. Chances are you already have a great company that you’re working with. I will help you get setup, guide you along the way and use my technical skills to teach you how to market properly online. You’ll never be alone and I’ll never be more than an email, Skype chat, or phone call away.

I will be honest with you and tell you the truth. Something that’s in very short supply these days on the internet. So take a look around, read my ‘Who is Greg‘ page and then fill out the form at the top right side of the website and I’ll shoot you some information right away so you can check it out. Don’t worry, if it’s not for you, no problem. But I hope we can get to know each other and become friends. That’s more important than any amount of money and one thing that’s remained a constant for me over the years, I always enjoy meeting new people and making new friends.

That’s right, let’s just get it out of the way.

You have a business opportunity and you just have to tell me what it is right off the bat. You and I are complete strangers, but the FIRST TIME you contact me you say, “Hey, nice to meet you, I’ve got this killer business you just have to see!” and you throw your link at me. OH man, I think I’m gonna puke!

After 15 years online, when someone comes at me this way, I turn and run. I’ll be polite, say that you have a cool site or business, but chances are you’ve ruined what could have been a great networking relationship by ambushing me with your biz opp the first time we ever connect.

It’s sad really, but it’s not your fault. You’ve either been taught to do this, or no one has taken the time to teach you properly in how to build relationships. I’m sure you’ve heard this before: “You have to get people to know, like and trust you” before you can ever attempt to SELL them something.” Why on Earth would a total stranger buy anything from you? They don’t know you, know about you or even if what you have will be something THEY want. Yet this is how most people try to market their business online and off.

Take my most recent experience when I joined Apsense. As soon as you join, other members start sending you emails and Contact requests. This is actually a great tool and a very easy and fast way to build up a network, but most people aren’t utilizing it the correct way. In almost every case, each email was a brief hello and then BAM! I’m hit with the sales pitch and given a website to go check out. Wrong, wrong, WRONG!

Almost everyone on Apsense already has a business. So your first contact should just be a pleasant introduction. Don’t tell them about this super duper, amazing, can’t live without it, business opp you have. THEY DON’T CARE! At least not at the very first contact. Tell them it’s nice to meet them. Take a quick look at their website and make a comment on it. Show them you’re not like every other amateur marketer out there and that you actually care about what they’re doing and you’re genuinely interested in them.
That’s how you build a relationship. It takes TIME.

Then as that relationship grows and you get to know each other, you can find out if what you have will work for them. With Secret Lead Factory and our team system we have, it’s more than likely that they will need what we have. Don’t lead with your primary business, this will fail you every time. You have built a relationship and hopefully by now they know, like and trust you.

You know it’s funny, my friends mom, who’s pretty savvy when it comes to the computer and internet, came to my blog through a post I recently wrote that showed up on Facebook (click here to see how to do this). She commented and said, “I don’t get it, I looked over his site and I don’t see what he’s selling.” That’s exactly right. We don’t want people to show up on our blogs and be hit with a sales pitch. What we are offering is much more than a business opportunity. It’s a total system to help them learn how to generate leads and build multiple streams of income for ANY business. We walk everyone through the same process to show them the right way to do this and once you learn our system, it’s easy to duplicate and share it.

So next time you connect with someone, please don’t tell them about your business opportunity, even if they do first. Take the time to get to know people. Find out what it is they need and what you can offer to them of VALUE. Once you start doing this, you’ll be amazed at how you attract people to you and your business.
